Sustainability Scramble

Working with Maximillion has been an absolute pleasure and a transformative experience for our organisation. Over the course of our 5-year collaboration they have expertly delivered a range of online and in-person events for us, including large-scale conferences and stand builds, internal staff gatherings, and engaging team away days. Their attention to detail, creativity, and seamless execution were evident in every event they organised for us. Whether managing the logistics of a high-profile conference or crafting memorable team-building experiences during away days, their professionalism and dedication shone through.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Thank you to Maximillion for your support and encouragement during this fun event, as well as for your professionalism in pulling together a slick activity for 220 people.

I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. I also had positive feedback from my co-host colleagues and a large number of delegates. I am in fact already in dealings with Maximillion again, in preparation of a new international meeting. With restrictions in place that curtailed our previous plans for the company’s 50th anniversary we were delighted to find a great alternative and a team well-equipped to deliver an event for such a significant milestone. The Maximillion team worked closely with us, making suggestions and sharing ideas to help make our virtual away day celebrations a real occasion. The feedback from the events was really positive and it was great to have a chance to get together in such a fun environment when all the teams have been working so hard over the past months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lake District. Jenny & Rhys are extremely easy to work with and made both our Wednesday evening boat cruise and Thursday team building events, evening meal and band fun and enjoyable for all who attended. Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! Maximillion have delivered many events for Phoenix Group, they are an extended part of the team and we honestly couldn’t deliver the events like we do without them!

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic murder mystery and DJ services the Maximillion team provided at our recent Renewables UK Seminar at Cameron House Hotel. It was an evening filled with excitement and entertainment, and Maximillion played a pivotal role in making it a memorable experience for all of us.

Everything from start to finish was amazing and Jenny kept in constant contact – couldn’t fault Jenny or the company whatsoever. Organisation/Communication was 100% perfect.
