Treasure Hunts Edinburgh
A treasure hunt is an excellent activity for team building, an icebreaker at a corporate conference, and a fun activity for a stag or hen party. Maximillion have teamed up with Wildgoose UK to bring you their hugely popular digital GPS treasure hunts in Edinburgh. Armed with a touchscreen tablet, each team will use a specially developed app to make their way round Scotland’s historic capital city, ticking off GPS hotspots and hoping to beat the other teams to the end point. The beautiful city of Edinburgh provides the perfect backdrop for a thrilling treasure hunt adventure!
How it works
Your group will be split into smaller teams, and each team will be given a tablet which is loaded with a specially developed app. The teams must navigate hotspots throughout Edinburgh, cracking clues and completing challenges to earn points as they go. Only when the GPS verifies that the team is in the right Edinburgh hotspot can they attempt the associated challenge. The treasure hunt event concludes with scores, prizes, and a “best bits” presentation.
