Hutchison 3G (3 Mobile)

In May 2000 the UK government awarded five licences to run third generation wireless services. A new entrant to the market, 3, acquired one of these and, today, the 3 network is available across eight countries and has over 10 million customers.

3 approached Maximillion to organise a four day conference and incentive event bringing together their Contact Centre Management team, spanning their Mumbai, Pune, Maidenhead and Glasgow offices. With the international guests coming over from India, the client host was keen to show what Scotland has to offer.
