Kwik Fit Quarterly Awards
As a result of customer demand Kwik-Fit Insurance Services was launched in 1995 and has grown to become one of the UK’s leading motor insurance distributors.
This is the fourth year of the Kwik Fit Employee Awards programme, which has been set up to motivate and reward internal staff for their hard work on behalf of the company. Maximillion has been working with the Awards committee since the very start of the programme, to deliver the quarterly and annual awards ceremonies.

Objectives
- Motivate and reward internal staff
- Create excitement for the annual awards ceremony
What we did
To cause as little disruption to the working day as possible, we built our set the night prior to the quarterly events within the actual call centre. We provided a small, but glittery stage set with a branded backdrop, lectern and awards plinth. Our AV was linked in to the in house LCD system and we provided a lighting show, sound and headshot to screen cameras.
On the day, the house lights dim and a “Voice of God” announces the quarterly awards and introduces the Managing Director, who proceeds to hand out 26 awards. All winners walk on stage to inspirational music stings and a swirl of lighting effects.
