How The Dark Curse Escape Room Works
In this innovative outdoor escape room, your group splits into smaller teams. Each uses a mobile app to navigate GPS hotspots, picking up tools and magic points along the way.
The Dark Curse escape room is a great way to explore new locations. It can be played outdoors or indoors, and it can add enchantment to conferences, team meetings or private parties.
The Dark Curse takes 90 minutes to work its magic.

Participants can leave the room at any time if needed. The event is monitored closely by the escape room staff, and you are able to ask to leave at any point.
We thought the event was organised and ran extremely well. All of our staff had a fantastic time, great fun! Would recommend Maximillion.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. It was perfect, everyone had a blast and the Maximillion team were a joy to work with. Thorough, professional, safety conscious and lots of fun.
