Overall Maximillion were fantastic to work with, they were really flexible and happy to work within our event timings and budget. I had several planning calls with them in advance so felt safe in their hands.

Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done. I have no hesitation to recommend Sarah and her team if you have an event you wish to deliver a the highest standards. The Optima team sends all our thanks to them.

Everyone had a really good time and loved all the different levels and variety that Level-Up brought. Maximillion always provide an excellent event and guide you through the organising process with clarity, confidence and advice.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. It was perfect, everyone had a blast and the Maximillion team were a joy to work with. Thorough, professional, safety conscious and lots of fun. They looked to enjoy themselves watching us and our very competitive natures shine through. Thank you again to all at Maximillion – you made our day that extra special.

Maximillion provided our group with an incredible Scotland experience. We were in town from America for a small wedding at Dundas Castle. Our group RAVED about the events hosted by Maximillion. They said it made them feel (in a short visit) like they had the opportunity to get a real taste of Scottish culture. The planning, implementation and follow-up with the entire staff was seamless and easy. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I can’t think of one thing you could have done better for our group. Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for organizing such a wonderful event. Everything was handled so thoughtfully and professionally. Scott was a great help on ground and client really appreciated the entire Highland games setup. Please share my gratitude with all the team members involved in Highland games. We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.
