After multiple attempts to run this course we got there in the end. Huge thanks to Mike for his flexibility in enabling the course to be rescheduled it was very much appreciated. I believe that the course was exactly what we needed and very timely, I am already aware of conversations and commitment to changing behaviours across the team already, so it definitely struck a chord. I really like Mike’s delivery style, he brings a wealth of experience and brings the training to life, keeping delegates engaged throughout, which can often be challenging. I left the course with lots to reflect on, both from a personal and team perspective and feel motivated to build on what we learned.

Our guests were delighted with the day of Highland Games, the team of maximilion was fantastic. I will recommend them 100%.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our Teambuilding afternoon hosted by Maximillion Events at our Ayrshire premises. This is now the 3rd time we have used their services and will definitely be looking to use them again next year. Such a lovely and professional group of people to deal with!! We had various games with a bespoke package set up for a group of staff members with varying degree of mobility. We did carpet curling (indoors), giant jenga, connect 4, darts, air hockey to name but a few all being done outside near to our foodhall and “refreshments” area. It was perfect, everyone had a blast and the Maximillion team were a joy to work with. Thorough, professional, safety conscious and lots of fun. They looked to enjoy themselves watching us and our very competitive natures shine through. Thank you again to all at Maximillion – you made our day that extra special.

Fantastic day and really enabled people to get to know each other and have a laugh at the same time. Exactly the aim!

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.

We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

Sarah once again it has been such a pleasure to work with you. As ever, the professionalism and commitment to excellence which you and your (fantastic) team bring to our events has been extraordinary. We are all so grateful. Your own personal leadership, experience and organizational ‘knowhow’ is reflected in everything which your team does. Please do pass on my sincerest thanks to Sophie and Graham who were so good in the lead up and on the ground. I have handed over the Presidency of BSGAR to Raneem Albazaz, and I feel confident that BSGAR is in good hands with her, and that she is in good hands with you. Our BSGAR family is fantastic, and it is fantastic to have you with us.

Everyone I met was so helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable. The event was run seamlessly and the team made everyone relaxed which encouraged everyone to participate fully. Team building can so often be an uncomfortable day away from the office, but Maximillion just made it so much fun. I had heard good things about you all through the previous work you have done for us but it was great to see that first hand. It was such a pleasure to work with you and we are all already looking forward to the next one!

Throughout the entire process they worked hard to ensure our values and needs were met on the day. The delivery of the events was incredibly well received and I can safely say I would be glad to book with Maximillion again.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.
