We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

Everything from start to finish was amazing and Jenny kept in constant contact – couldn’t fault Jenny or the company whatsoever. Organisation/Communication was 100% perfect.

Sarah and her team at Maximillion are professional in every way. The quality of events we have run over the last 3 years has been of the highest quality across a mixture of online and larger face-to-face events. You not only get a ‘can do’ attitude but also adaptability as circumstances change and ideas that improve what you are offering your delegates.

Jenny and her team led a truly fantastic event. Despite our very limited preparation time relative to the scale of the project, Jenny remained completely unphased. She provided exceptional support throughout the process, and I truly believe she was instrumental in helping us achieve such a successful event at The Belfry!

After multiple attempts to run this course we got there in the end. Huge thanks to Mike for his flexibility in enabling the course to be rescheduled it was very much appreciated. I believe that the course was exactly what we needed and very timely, I am already aware of conversations and commitment to changing behaviours across the team already, so it definitely struck a chord. I really like Mike’s delivery style, he brings a wealth of experience and brings the training to life, keeping delegates engaged throughout, which can often be challenging. I left the course with lots to reflect on, both from a personal and team perspective and feel motivated to build on what we learned.

Maximillion was great! They were responsive and accommodating and we would definitely use them again.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for organizing such a wonderful event. Everything was handled so thoughtfully and professionally. Scott was a great help on ground and client really appreciated the entire Highland games setup. Please share my gratitude with all the team members involved in Highland games. Thanks to you & Jenny for accommodating last minute requests and making sure it was delivered on time. Whenever we have an event in UK, we will make sure to contact you guys. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. This is the second time using Maximillion and on both occasions they have made the event! So much fun and so engaging. The feedback from all who attended was this was a brilliant session. Huge thanks to all involved.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.
