Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

Working with Maxmillion events for the Traitor’s themed evening at Prestonfield House was a great experience. Jenny and her team were a delight to work with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan immersive events.

Jenny takes the time to understand our vision and goals for each event and consistently exceeded our expectations through close partnership and honest, transparent communications. Building a partnership that has become an extension of our core in-house team has resulted in innovative ideas, handling challenges with ease, and seamless event delivery from the whole team.

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.

Like many other professional service providers, we are often metaphorically ‘spinning plates’ and ‘juggling’ competing priorities, so it was great for our team to try these challenges in real life. We discovered hidden talents and it reinforced that working as a team and providing a supportive learning environment are key to delivering an excellent result. Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done.
