C&IT Awards: Success for Maximillion!

Maximillion scooped a prestigious “Business Excellence” award at the inaugural C&IT Awards this November in London. Maximillion’s MD John Strachan travelled down to accept the award on behalf of the team and enjoy the fabulous evening staged by C&IT in the amazing Natural History Museum.
Maximillion was awarded “Best Team Building Solution” for a five-day event we designed and event managed in Edinburgh for Irish retailer Harvey Norman.
Our submission described a range of team building activities including:
- Taxi Treasure Hunt
- Highland Games
- Take One
- Kinetic Connections
- Bandeoke
We also organised the ground handling, hotel, meetings, gala dinner and all event management to ensure the programme ran without a hitch.
All activities were designed to strengthen relationships between shop managers, suppliers and HQ staff. As a result of the innovative and engaging programme, attendance was up 20% on the previous year and 98% of the guests were “happy” or “delighted” across all feedback question categories.
John commented “I really am excited that Maximillion was able to yet again see off the very stiff competition south of the border and return with this important trophy which affirms Maximillion as one of the best agencies in the UK to buy team building and event management from!”
