At Maximillion we really pride ourselves on delivering 5* service and as part of this we have a service promise of “We’re only happy when you’re delighted”! This is how we would like you to feel after your event and if you don’t then we would also like to know why so we can improve our service offering.
To measure whether we are achieving this we hand out our ‘Delighted Cards’ at the end of all our events. The postcard sized feedback forms ask our guests to tell us whether they were delighted, happy, okay or unhappy on the following categories:
- Event Team
- Overall feeling of the whole event
There is also space to comment on whether anyone stood out, what we could have done differently and for any suggestions as to how we can improve the sustainability of the event.
We collate the stats from this, communicate these with you so you can see exactly what your guests thought of the day you organised, share this with the team who worked on the delivery of the event and use this to develop the service that we offer. We find a strong motivator is the personal mentions section and staff really enjoy hearing how they have made someone’s day. For all the names mentioned in this category we do a monthly staff draw and the winner recieves a gift voucher.
