How it works
Participants will be split into groups of 6 and will be issued with a bag of LEGO. Everyone will be armed with the same tools, the same brief and the same timescale to complete a number of ‘builds’. Depending on your desired outcomes, individuals will be asked to build a model that reflects their opinion / thoughts on a set topic and then be given a specific timescale in which they must discuss their model with the rest of the group. The builds will start easy (build a tower) and develop as you get deeper into the event (for example; build a challenge you face at work as a leader).
Who is it for?
This is an event that is suitable for groups and teams who want to go on an experiential journey of learning. With the activity being led by an accredited facilitator it allows your key objectives to be met. Outwith your desired outcomes, the product will naturally focus on prompting dialogue, encouraging reflection and developing problem solving skills. All whilst playing with LEGO.
