The general comment today in the office is how amazing the event was and how much fun people had.

I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. I also had positive feedback from my co-host colleagues and a large number of delegates. I am in fact already in dealings with Maximillion again, in preparation of a new international meeting. I highly recommend Maximillion and Sarah Esslemont for leading and organising meeting.

Your team on the night for installation were on time, super efficient and gave clear guidance on usage of the games and when I called to say we’d finished early – returned quickly and dismantled with the same efficiency.

Maximillion was great! They were responsive and accommodating and we would definitely use them again.

Everything from start to finish was amazing and Jenny kept in constant contact – couldn’t fault Jenny or the company whatsoever. Organisation/Communication was 100% perfect.

Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done. We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

Sarah and her team at Maximillion are professional in every way. The quality of events we have run over the last 3 years has been of the highest quality across a mixture of online and larger face-to-face events. You not only get a ‘can do’ attitude but also adaptability as circumstances change and ideas that improve what you are offering your delegates.
