Finalists for the Scottish Event Awards

Maximillion has been announced as a finalist for The Green Award and Best Small Event.
The Scottish Event Awards are important. They are the only awards dedicated to celebrating the highly successful and creative events sector north of the border (as distinct to the four or more events-based awards in England) and as such, needs support and encouragement from across the industry. We are pleased to play our small part and are delighted to have been nominated as a finalist in two categories: The Green Award and Best Small Event.
The Green Award’s submission is based around our philosophy that if we create an environmentally friendly business with community engagement then we reap the economic benefit. This is known as triple bottom line accounting and a significant amount of resource has been devoted to achieving this objective over the last five years.
The Best Small Event Award’s submission is based on Kwik Fit Financial Services – Employee of the Year Awards. This is the sixth year we have managed their prestigious awards dinner and for the 2012 event we hosted 300 guests at Prestonfield Hotel in Edinburgh and entertained with a choir and comedian Craig Hill.
The Scottish Events Awards ceremony will be at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow in September. Win or lose, we will be grateful to have caught the judges’ eye!
