Maximillion’s offices extend to some 3000 sq ft, more than we need, so we are making available a couple of our surplus rooms. In particular, we have a 375 sq ft meeting room which would make a fine space for a small team of two to five with an additional smaller office of 60 sq ft also available.

The building was refurbished to a high standard in 2008 and is an exemplar of sustainable retrofitting earning the GTBS (Green Tourism Business Scheme) Gold Award and an EPC (Environmental Performance Certificate) “C” rating. The building is serviced by solar thermal, wood pellet boiler and rainwater harvesting.

Located by the Newbridge roundabout, strategic access to M8, M9 and M90 is on your door step with Edinburgh Airport 5 minutes and Edinburgh City Centre just 20 minutes.
