Quality Assured with Maximillion

Maximillion’s two activity centres, MadMax Adventures and Turnberry Adventures have both joined the VisitScotland Quality Assurance scheme and were mystery shopped in October.
Turnberry Adventures report commented that “The experience and expectation of attraction scores at the highest level and was really outstanding” and achieved an impressive first time score of 82%, needing just 3% more to secure a fifth star.
Meanwhile at MadMax Adventures the mystery shopper remarked “I was welcomed by Jonathan , who came out of the Hub to greet me from my car. His attitude was very professional, warm and friendly and made an excellent first impression.” MadMax scored 83% overall.
Maximillion now intends to continue with planned improvements to both activity centres in the new year and invite Visit Scotland back in the spring to re-inspect, aiming to achieve a five star grading for both sites.

MadMax Adventures
Maximillion’s activity centres offer a range of activities for team building, private groups and stag and hen parties. Activities common to both activity centres include 4×4 offroad driving, quad bike safari, clay pigeon shooting and archery. In addition, Turnberry Adventures offers junior quad bikes, air rifle shooting and water zorbing.
