Indoor team building activities can vary widely, including communication exercises, problem-solving challenges, and trust-building games. Maximilion classics include our team development series called Team Works In and our fast and furious games like Level-up or Challenge Chest.
How long do indoor team building activities typically last?
Most of our indoor team building activities are designed to last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. However, shorter activities can be delivered in under an hour making them suitable for tight schedules or quick breaks during your conference. We can also tailor a longer programme – chat to the team about your timings.
What is the ideal group size for indoor team building events?
Indoor team building activities can accommodate any group size. Whether you have a small team of fewer than five or a large group of over 2,000, there are tailored activities that can effectively engage all participants.
